Si \u00e8 tenuto lo scorso 1 dicembre, presso la sala consiliare del Comune di Oria (BR), il convegno formativo dal titolo &#8220;il nuovo art. 403 cc nella tutela del minore&#8221;. Il convegno, seguito da oltre settanta persone, ha visto la partecipazione del Procuratore Capo della Repubblica presso il Tribunale per i minorenni di Taranto, la dott.ssa Pina Montanaro, che ha letteralmente rapito l&#8217;assemblea. Importante, inoltre, l&#8217;intervento del Presidente dell&#8217;Ordine degli Assistenti Sociali di Puglia, la dott.ssa Filomena Matera, che ha relazionato circa il ruolo, importantissimo, degli assistenti sociali nella nuova procedura inaugurata dal testo del 403. L&#8217;avv. Luca Monticchio, inoltre, ha presentato un&#8217;ampia casistica rispetto all&#8217;appicazione del 403. Le conclusioni del convegno sono state affidate alla vicepresidente regionale del Croas, la dott.ssa Valentina Farina. &#8220;Siamo contenti e molto soddisfatti &#8211; \u00e8 il commento della Presidente della Coop. Sostegno dott.ssa Paola Baldari e del Direttore dott.
